Life Histories
Also available from Heart Land Publicity is personal history recording. I tape record interviews with clients, pulling their life story from its shadows of good intentions and procrastination. I meet with a client for several sessions, transcribing the interviews immediately afterward. The client reviews each session for readability, impact, accuracy, and thoroughness. After the client is satisfied that their memoire is complete, I present them with the finished product---a notebook of all transcribed sessions (including photographs), master cassette tapes of the sessions, a cd of files for all sessions. The transcribed sessions are "print ready". The client may then self-publish their memoires.
